I Can't Stop Schnibbling!

Carrie Nelson's newest book called, "Another Bite of Schnibbles" arrived yesterday. Several months ago I precut a bunch of my fabrics into 5" squares and waited for that perfect pattern to use them. I believe I've found that pattern and cut my fabrics to size today and got busy!

It was a good day!

I didn't pick up a needle today, maybe now that I am rested and fed, lol. I thought I would see how much I could hike when I felt like garbage and not a smart thing to do. Love your new pieces.

So cute! I recognize some of those 1930s fabrics -- some of my favorites. I just got Carrie's book, too -- can't wait to start Schnibbling with you!

Mmmm! Arrows or pine trees. Could be either. The block is very interesting. And you are all set to go with your squares already pre-cut. I have a 5" square cutter for the GO but have no desire to get the GO out of the closet and set it up.

Yay! I'm glad you had a good day! And your schnibbling is a LOT more productive than the *pinning* I can't quit doing on Pinterest! :)

I must look for this book because I cut all my scraps into 5" squares, 2-1/2 strips or squares and it sounds like it would be perfect. Love your blocks. Judy C
