Me Again...SEW soon!

Well I'm surprising myself with another post this week but I had some things I wanted to share. I have all 49 blocks of my SUPER SIZED Short Story quilt finished. This is one fun pattern! I've still got borders to make.

Again with the turned photo! Sigh! This quilt belongs to Sharrie. It is called Eventide from Miss Rosie Quilt Company.

So many cheerful and fun fabrics that are unlike anything in my own home and was a blast to watch come to life with some quilting.

The design used is called Feathered Roses and absolutely was a perfect choice for her quilt.

Heads up quilters! I really don't want to tell you about this book giveaway for the simple reason I want it for myself! Even if I don't win this one I'm adding it to my wish list! You can find details here at Janet's blog Rogue Quilter.

LOVE your super size. Big blocks make a big quilt go together so fast. Eventide is just gorgeous.

Wonderful quilts and quilting, so fun to see the different types of quilts and how you quilted them. And I promise, I won't enter, lol. I am too lazy to sign up today for anything;)

Wonderful Short Story Mary! And Eventide is a beauty too. Do you tilt your camera to take the photo's and turn the photo in your editing program? I have found that every time I turn a photo in my editing program, blogger will turn it back. :-/ Have a happy evening!

I'm loving that short story pattern. Did you start with 2.5 inch strips? Looks like a fun pattern to work with, and I'm super fond of the outcome. Your color choices are great with that playful design too.

Your quilting is always a delight to see. More machine quilted goodness. You are very talented!! :-)

Oh LOVE your short story - trade ya! HEE! I am stalking the mailman today... drumming my fingers on the table... got all my binding ready last night... woo hoo! Can't wait! And I love her Eventide and how you make quilts pop and come to life! Eventide is gorgeous! I like the colors she chose! I want to be brave enough to try that pattern some day... just scared about fabric selection still! Have a great weekend, Mary! :o) Bari Jo ps I have a question about piano key borders.. I'll email you with it later. (they scare me, too!)

Your posts offer temptations galore. So many projects that I want to make for myself. No exception here. Schnibbles have called my name for months and months, but they haven't found their way to my project list--yet. Maybe some day.
Your Short Story is so crisp and fresh and pretty.

Your Short Story looks fabulous and your recent quilting is beautiful.

Glad that you have recovered from your sinus infection. Those things are nasty.
