Quilt Finish Revealed and Give Away!!

The last few days have been spent custom quilting a beauty of a quilt! I've teased long enough and now must share with you.

This quilt belongs to Marcie Patch aka Patchalot Patterns! When I shared with Marcie that I could quilt this feather star motif on one of her quilts she quickly whipped up this top with the nice big cheddar squares.
Oh gosh if only you could see this one up close and personal! It is a true beauty. If you get a chance to get to Spring Quilt Market in Salt Lake City, Utah be sure to stop in at Marcie's booth Patchalot Patterns and you will! (pattern coming soon!)

Now on to the giveaway! Marcie was kind enough to share with me a pattern called, "Dream Catcher." This quilt was also featured in McCalls Quilting Magazine, Sept/Oct 2010.

I love her new cover shot for the pattern! Don't you?
To win this pattern I'm asking that you will hop on over to Patchalot Patterns and stroll through her designs. Pick one or two that appeal to you the most and come on back here leaving a comment. It is that simple! You may want to pay close attention to her website because there are some FREE patterns too! Marcie also has a blog called, "Patchalot More." If you are so kind to visit her there.....tell her Quilt Hollow sent you!
Winner will be notified....let's say Friday!

Beautiful quilt! Beautiful quilting! Love the feather pattern.

Marcie's Dream Catcher is intriguing. I have some color choices playing around in my head as I type. I went to Marcie's web site and fell in love with the Williamsburg Medallion Quilt. I own the perfect large print for the center block.

Now I am off to visit Marcie's blog to tell her you sent me. Happy quilting!

Oh Mary, your quilting absolutely made this quilt shine! I follow Marcie's blog too and I'd been anxiously awaiting seeing it here since she blogged that you had it. I'm going over right now to look over some more of her patterns again. I'll be back soon.

onlymehere said...

It's so hard to choose but if I can't have this new pattern I think today I'd choose "Stitchin' Time." I can just hear you thinking, "what, no stars in this quilt?" I do love stars but I need something for my sewing room to dress it up and this would be just the key since it's a smaller quilt and has the spools. If she has a "Bee Attitudes" pattern I'd love that! You'll have to ask her.....or maybe I will next time I'm over there!

Leeanne said...

Pick one or two!! That was hard...but I narrowed it down to "Table Scraps" & "Saddle Tramp" I love the names of all the quilts. Thanks for the chance to win a Delicious pattern.

onlymehere said...

Oops, scratch that last comment about the "Bee Attitudes" pattern. That's Barb's pattern. I always mix these two ladies up and have to keep notes who's who, lol! Okay, I'm signing off now before I make a bigger fool of myself.

WoolenSails said...

I just love that quilt and your quilting, it is beautiful!
I am not entering, just wanted to say hi. I have enough projects to do lately;)

You do beautiful work. Of marcie's patterns, the one's that speak to me are Wintergreen and Summertime Blues. I also like her "Our Home". Becky said...

I agree with the Becky who commented above. Our Home caught my eye. I also love Quilt Jam. Awesome quilting, Mary! Wish I was going to Spring Market and could see this one in person. Please don't add my name to the giveaway. I subscribe to the magazine. Have a great day!

Sew difficult to choose, but I really like the inca gold pattern best of all. Maybe I should put up a pattern library, to be able to make them all.. and you made a convert to cheddar yellows, which happens to be NOT my favorite color 8^}
