Release of Scrap Basket-Sensations!!!

It seems like forever ago that I teased about a secret quilting project I was lucky to be part of. I finally get to squeal that Kim Brackett's NEW book called, "Scrap-Basket Sensations" is being released on January 11th from Martingale & Company!!!

Scrap-Basket Sensations is a must have book for your quilting library!! The book includes instructions for 18 quilts using 2.5" strips. You'll love creating the quilts using Jelly Rolls, Bali Pops, or your own stash. The quilts are made from a wide variety of fabric styles. I have to be honest and tell you that you won't know which project to start making first! They are all that good!!
If you loved Kim Brackett's first BEST SELLER, "Scrap-Basket Surprises" you will not want to miss out on her NEW book because it's even better!!

When Kim asked me to help with a few quilts for the book I had no hesitation as I already knew I loved her style of quilting and fabric choices! Boy was I ever tickled!

Here are two quilts in the book that I had the honor of making.

"Blessings from the Hollow"

"Lake House"

You will find more peeks of the quilts in the book by visiting Kim, Darlene and Karen's blogs.
I also get to share even more fun news with you! There is a blog tour in the works and details will follow soon. You will have opportunities to win your very own copy!
I'm so happy for Kim and her newest book. Congrats girlfriend!!

I also love Kim's style, and so many of her designs are unique, not the ones seen everywhere, just in a different fabric.
Such fun you must have had, working on behind-the-scenes projects like this. And how lucky she was to have you working with her as well.
I'll have that book in my library soon, whether I buy one or win one. :)
