My Le Petite project Mon Ami is now completed! It's been quilted, bathed in tea, rinsed and dried for an old crinkle feel. As you see I did not add the borders and I love it!
My Mon Ami will be a perfect basket stuffing sort of quilt.
I've been wanting to quilt a log cabin motif so I pulled out this top called Fish Creek Cabin and started custom quilting it today. I'm not finished and have a way to go but thought I'd share a peek.Marcie at Patchalot Patterns is the designer of Fish Creek Cabin and many more wonderful patterns that you can find at her website and don't miss her blog to see her new pattern called Stitchin' Time.

Mary, I just stopped in to say hello. Between viral throat infections and the remodeling I'm just not doing too much communication right now. I love your new quilt and it is absolutely delightful with now borders. Love that crinkly look. I'm thinking in about 3 weeks my house will be back together and I can finally get to my sewing room. Keep your fingers crossed. Hugs...
