Random Acts of Kindness

Quilt Hollow's mailbox was filled with some wonderful gifts this past week. Thank you Cindy and Rae Ann. You both sure know how to make a gal smile.

All the buzz in blogland these days is the GO! cutter. I hadn't realized until this morning that the Accuquilt website has many videos that will answer your curiosity questions. Scroll down to see the listing. I've been watching them and learning so much myself as I nurse this sinus infection. Thanks to all well wishers. This is one of the worse I've ever had.

Is it all infection, or do you think some allergies might be adding to it? I am allergic to cillins, so when I take the meds, it can also make me worse, not a great situation. I can take them, but they do make my sinuses worse. I usually use a zpak, that gives me less symptoms. Also, don't forget, no milk products with cillin, it makes it less effective.

Sure hope you feel better soon and can get back to the sewing room, always love to see what you are working on.

Perhaps the sweet mail will help make you feel better. Totally understand the sinus thingy. I suffered for years before finally having surgery. No infection since surgery in 1994.

Snow Days looks like it is a cute bunch of charm squares. Will you be Schnibbling with them?

Yes the Accuquilt site is indeed loaded with great info. I just go there, watch, read, and "dream"

I hear that resting, no housework and favourite take out dinner is just the thing for nasty infections. Won't make it go away but sure can't hurt!

The videos are very good and then if you go on You Tube and do a search for AccuQuilt GO, you will find many other videos done by people who own them and have found other ideas and tips for how to use them. Hope you start to feel better soon.

I'm getting caught up on some blog reading...I am sorry to learn that you don't feel well.

But aren't you a lucky girl, to get some friendly mail! That looks pretty sweet. I can't wait to see the quilts you create once you master your new cutting tool!

Enjoy your evening. ~Natalie

Looks like Cindy is helping take your mind off the heat with some Snow fabric. RAK's are so much fun. What's not fun is the terrible sinus problems, so sorry, I hope you get better very soon.
