Quick Nine Patch Method

Several of us are doing The Great Nine Patch Celebration Exchange at Julie's blog. Here is a Quick Nine Patch Method that was a free pattern I received recently so I thought I'd share. I know Julie plans to post this after her hectic weekend. (hugs Julie!!)

Accuquilt GO! will be here this week sometime for those who have been asking me how I like it. It was on backorder. The fun thing is I will be giving one away too! I was trying to think of fun creative ways for the GO! giveaway. Ideas? My giveaway will likely be September sometime.

A little blogget birdie called me earlier this week to tell me she too will be receiving a GO! and giving one away. It was so much fun to share in the excitement. I'm sure she will reveal her identity soon. Then today....I heard that ANOTHER blogget friend of mine learned she is receiving a GO! The Accuquilt company sure has impressed me so far with their generosity and way they spread word on the GO!

Well, your visitors could tell you why they think I should get one;) LOL
It is nice to see fellow bloggers getting them to try, so we can see how well they like them.

Have no fear, folks...there is money for AccuQuilt to be made in selling DIES to folks after they have their GO cutters and love them!!! Good 9-patch method, Mary.

Mary, I love that nine patch method. We used it in a class I took last year and boy does it make it easy. Glad to hear your 'GO' is on it's way to you. I can't wait to see how you like it. Wow, they are giving so many away, they must have a lot of confidence in their product, good to know. Hmmmm...wish they would look my way, LOL. (A girl can dream can't she?) Hugs coming your way.

You will love your Go! I have had one for almost a year now and don't quite know how I managed without it. There are very few here in the UK, but 2 friends of mine have bought them after playing with mine. As for the competion to win one from you, perhaps you could ask everyone what they would make foirst if they had one?

I hadn't seen this exact explanation for the strips - very cool. My nine patches are usally more scrappy than this - but I might have to try it.

So glad you won a Accuquilt Go. Oh, I hope you don't make it too difficult to win. I noticed on one of the giveaways you had to make a quilt. I have too many projects going to stop and make a quilt for the go. Although it would be so fun to have.

I can't wait to hear what you think of that Accuquilt GO. The more I read about them on blogs, the more intrigued I am by them. Even as a hand piecer, I can see some great uses for them.

That is pretty cool that the company is being so generous and with all you bloggers out there spreading the word they are sure to sell a lot.

20 years of quilt making and i'm learning this now?? This might actually change my life. I always end up with more middles than ends on 9-patches. This is right in time for the swap - thanks!
