OSO Meet Moda's Looking Back

Yeah, yeah I know that Roundabout is the Schnibble of the month. But then I spotted this pattern on Carrie's blog and I just knew that the new line of fabric I love from Moda called, "Looking Back" had to meet OSO and I had to make it now while I'm in love with both pattern and fabric. This is one of Carrie's newest patterns and she made her OSO with Moda's "Blessings" fabric. I also love Blessings however have already used that entire line on a top secret quilt that I'm dying to share but gosh darn can't yet!
(This post is sort of for Carol because she has noticed a decline in blog world postings. Could it be the weather?)

You mean it's not just me who doesn't get visitors anymore, lol? I just figured that everyone was playing that Facebook farming game now. It seems that's where most of my blogging buddies have gone. I still prefer to blog and don't do FB. I like this and now I'm intrigued about the top secret quilt! Thanks for posting today. It brightened up this stormy snowy day we're having!

I'm still here. Busy sewing, cooking and cleaning. Mostly taking breaks to visit bloggers at this point, we all need a break, right? OSO is lookin marvelous...and you did this with "the boys" under foot? Amazing!

I am waiting to see that "secret project".

I don't have one piece of "Blessings" in my fabric stash. I feel deprived. LOL!

Hi Mary, hey thanks for letting me know I inspired you to do a blog post. That's awesome that you have all of those blocks made already with the OSO pattern. I have that pattern too. Looking back fabric seems to be a perfect choice.

Oso is a great pattern. Man, that Carrie is something else. I love the fabrics you picked too, they will look very warm and cozy.

I have noticed a drop in blog activity but it is starting to be outdoor weather time, baseball season, spring break for schools, etc...that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I love the look of the fabric. We don't get the new ranges till about 6 months after you, so I'll have to look out for that.

It's just me her, still reading blogs and leaving comments around the place, lol. You have a lovely pattern and great fabric, get going, it looks like a fun time for you.

Have to say how much I love Looking Back. I've already purchased a layer cake and yardage for a quilt for Christmas for DD. But I love OSO done in it so might have to try to squeeze a couple charm packs for myself...later. Right now money is being put back for Sisters.

Love that your OSO blocks.

You'll probably have it put together later today.

You have a good eye for putting colors and patterns together.

In my mind you can never go wrong with Moda fabrics! It's going to be a beautiful piece. P.S. No more Facebook for me either...too boring!

This is very cute. I like the fabric to. Did you pick it up over at Plain and Simple. I haven't had a chance to take a ride over there in a while. That is one good thing about the Jo group... Gets me to the shop to see what's new. :0)
