Schnibbles Addiction

Schnibbles patterns are an addiction of mine. There are times in between all other quilting that I want the instant gratification of a quick little quilt. Enjoy your weekend!

That one is looking great! I know what you mean. They are so quick and sometimes it's nice to see something that you are making actually done.

If this is an addiction, many of us have it...LOL

I not in the 'Year of Schnibbles' group but watching all you ladies do your Schnibbles thing makes me wish I had the time to be in the group. I enjoy seeing all of yours & everyone else's Schnibble quilts.

I am quite certain I have a Schnibbles pattern here somewhere. I hear so much about them....I'll have to look for that pattern and try it.

I love how the blocks you made are looking. I have this pattern, but have not made it yet. But it is on my list to be done soon.

The Hot Cross is looking great! I hope to get some quilting in sometime soon. I mean the actual piecing of one. I am handquilting a quilt right now for my son. I hope to get it done soon.

Sorry, didn't finish my comment before I sent it. Don't know what was up with that. LOL! Anyway , I was going to say that I have been enjoying seeing your Schnibbles projects and look forward to seeing more.

Love the Fig Tree fabric! I didn't know that you where a Fignatic.

Enjoy.

Very nice, love the Fig Tree fabrics. I have that Schnibbles pattern out too to make someday soon. I think everyone is getting bit by the Schnibbles Bug.

I love them too.

I've been cutting fabric to make Nash. For the Valentine's Sew-In. My very first Schnibbles! Happy sewing, Mary. :-)

I've been avoiding Schnibbles... they look too much like candy. There's no way I'd be able to eat just one (and I don't have time for any more at this point)! But, I do enjoy being able to vicariously enjoy them through you. :)

I haven't started Schnibbling... for that reason! They are so pretty, and I love the fabric from this one!

Instant gratification is always good.

Uh huh. I understand completely. Guess what I'm working on this weekend? Yep, Schnibbles. Sheesh!

All I need is another addiction! Thanks, Mary! (wink)

Maybe that's why I haven't bought any of those Schnibbles patterns...yet.

Carol said...

That is exactly right...I love being able to get them done...they are so fun...this one's looking great!

All those dusty, soft colors in your fabrics make me want to dust off my sewing machine. Very pretty. ...and isn't the word "Schnibbles" just so fun to say!?

They are definitely addicting and this one is adorable. I love it. I'm trying to finish one of the 'secret' projects and then I have a brand new Schnibbles to work on. woohoo!

I can see how it would be addicting but boy, what an addiction! I love these. I'm thinking I may have to try these myself. Since I'm just learning to quilt on my personal sewing machine these would be good to learn on. Right now I'm pretty much just doing simple stuff. Love what you're doing though! Cindy

Well, I don't think there is any therapy for this Schnibbles addiction..we are all just going to have to live with it :-)
Your Hot Cross is looking beautiful!
