Liberty Antique Show

This weekend was the semi-annual antique market. DH and I spent the day there yesterday. I took photos to share with ya! Enjoy!! I'll post a few more next time. This is just a sampling of some of the quilts I took photos of. There were many quilts this visit.

This wool picture was very pretty. But I don't believe it to be an antique. Does anybody recognize the pattern?

Lastly to end the post I want to say thank you to Carol and Cathi for sending me signature blocks for my quilt. I've got the block posted on the bottom of my side bar for the block swap I'm participating in. Some of my blog friends are not participating but I would love to have your name in my quilt. So if you are up to making and mailing one to me I'd be happy to have you included!

Love all the pics, thanks for sharing, I agree the wool piece is very primitive and pretty but not an antique, I especially LOVE the orange & cream quilt!!

You'll have one of my siggies because I'm in the same swap. I can't wait to see them all.

I love all of them, thank you for showing us. For some reason the one with the sqaures really appeals to me because it looks so homely and one that would have been used up.

They are all beautiful but I'm definitely drawn to the log cabin with the dark darks and the shirtings, very nice!

The "wool piece" looks like a Pat Sloan (?) pattern, doesn't it?

Thanks for sharing all the great photos and the tip for hanging quilts on old saws! Love it!

That wool picture looks to be from a "Need'l love" pattern book, but unsure which one. Hope that hopes. just love the quilts! Tammy

What a delicious show! One of the log cabin quilts reminds me of the one I've made *s* Vintage inspiration . . . and I didn't even know it.
