Easy Quilter's Dinner

This was the first time I used this seasoning packet. However, I used light sour cream and then only half of what the recipe called for. How I love to quilt the day away knowing that dinner is ready at quitting time. The family liked it. It is a keeper.

Quick and easy dinners are fabulous for us crafty babes! Leaves a lot more time for being creative outside of the kitchen!
The beef stew in this brand is good too.

I will definitely try this, when you say you only used half, do you mean half of the sour cream?

Anything with a slow cooker and you have my attention! Try the Pulled Pork packet (use a lean pork roast) and one of those packages that says Pulled Pork for Slow cookers-serve it on fresh buns- delish! AND SO easy!
Paulette (it must be dinner time- I'm suddenly hungry!!) ha ha

Who ever invented the crockpot must have been a quilter or the husband of one LOL!

I bought one of those a while back but have hesitated using it - not sure why, but now that you have tested it for us, Mary - I know what we're having for dinner this weekend!
Cheers!
