That is so funny! I've never seen that before. Did you catch that line "if I didn't have my sewing machine a wicked life I'd lead"? The other sewers are like, whatever. And who would have known making fun of the boss would get you docked a 1/2 day pay. Thanks for sharing.
Oh my gosh, I have never seen that and I am a Musical Movie Lover...especially the classics. Do you know what movie that is from? I had to laugh because of the very line (among others) that Carol mentions "a wicked life I'd lead". Thanks so much for sharing this.
Now, how did you come up with that?
Love it , thanks!Hugs - Lurline♥
Too funny! Thanks for sharing, where on earth did you find it? LOL
I did a little research & discovered that this song is from the 1947 Betty Hutton Movie, "The Perils of Pauline". Evidently Betty Hutton was supposed to be Paramount Studio's answer to Judy Garland. Thanks for sharing this funny little ditty and for planting it squarely in the middle of my brain. I will fall asleep tonight to the refrain: "My sewing machine, my sewing machine........"
I loved the video, thank you for sharing, but now when I sit at my sewing machine that song with pop into my head.Rebecca P
