A New Blogger Among Us....Simply Fantastic!!

Rhonda has a new blog! I've posted about her primitive stitchery website in the past. Her stitchery patterns are simply fantastic and I see lots of new ones! I also see that the designs have been digitized for embroidery machines. Go on over, say hello and tell her I sent you!

As for the Meowzer report (thanks to those who still email and ask), I fear the worse since I live in a wooded area with other critters. We've had lots of thunder, lightening and more than our fair share of rain as well. He would have been home on his window ledge in the garage.

I'm holding off showing the top I am piecing until complete. It's a work in progress in between other quilting, cleaning, cooking, and whatever else interrupts my quilting time up the stairs.

Sorry to hear about the kitty's continued absence. I will visit the new blog, thanks for the tip! I'm eager to see your WIP!

We had the same thing happen with one of our cats. Sugar belonged to my DS#4. She was 100% white (did you know that all white cats have a 50% chance of being deaf...or is that 50% of all white cats are deaf) Anyway, Sugar was deaf. At about 6 years old, she wandered off but came back after 2 weeks. That went on for 2 months. I think she found another family and liked that one better. After 2 months, she just never came back. I just held on to the thought that she found another family that took better care of her! Chin up!

Sorry to hear Kitty hasn't returned. I had the same thing happen with our cat. We also live in the woods so I hope Bubba just found people he liked better. Just a warning... After he disappeared we suffered with mice problems for awhile!

Sorry that your news about Meowzer wasn't more positive Mary. Where there's love there's always hope.

Now hurry up and finish that quilt you're working on cuz we're dying to see it. Forget about the boring stuff like cooking and cleaning. (wink)

I'm with Kaaren...forget the cooking and cleaning, there's a quilt to be finished...LOL!
I'm so sorry that the news on Meowzer isn't better...I think about him all the time.

Thank-you for the new blogger update. I will take a peek over there.
I am really sorry that Meowzer has not returned. I thought for sure that he would have turned up by now. It sounds like you have been having a rough month.
I can't wait to see how your new top is turning out! I completely understand how life has a tendency to get in the way of creativity!! Maybe we should all take Kaaren's advice-"forget about the boring stuff"! Ha ha Ha ha!!

Huh. You know, I arrived when you posted this and even visited Rhonda's new blog - very neat. Still thinking about it today. But apparently I didn't bother to share with you! We know where my head was...
