Quilted Pillow Practice

Thank you to all who checked in on me with regards to the last post. My family and I are doing much better.
This weekend I was able to get in a bit of quilting. I've been wanting to practice making pillows from a new pattern. I used inexpensive white muslin to practice and because I didn't have pillow inserts you see flat pillow covers. Another new project has also been started but I won't post that just yet....I have enough UFO's why would I think I need to start another new one? Simple really, I wanted something different, new and rejuvenating.
Last post I received email about the hollyhock quilt behind the rabbit. It is an older quilt that hangs in my bathroom because it doesn't go anywhere else in my home. The quilt name is "Harmony" from the book Spring Mill Days by Nancy Odom. Quilt is 24 x 39.

The quilting on your pillow is exquisite.
Did you mark it with a stencil or free hand the design? It looks perfect!

The quilting is amazing! How did you do that? I love it. I do have an etsy shop, but I don't have any listings right now because I have my website. Thanks for stopping by. I absolutely love the pillows.

Check out that pillow! I really like that 2nd one which isn't to say I don't like the first one either.

As you know, I always enjoy arriving at my "Hidey Hole at the Quilt Hollow" but I keep leaving comments and pretty soon someone is going to find me!

You did a super job with the quilting on the pillows. That is a really nifty idea-to practice quilting on a small project such as a pillowcase!

Your pillow practice pieces are lovely. The red thread makes a good statement. Love the cable border in the one pillow.
These pillow practice pieces will also make lovely little wall hangings too. Thanks for sharing.
